Cold Hot or Lukewarm?

You have to make a decision.
So many people believe that they can serve God and the devil at the same time.
This is absurd.
Its funny to see what these people do and say yet they still expect to see their name in the book of life.
You cannot serve Jesus and the devil, You cannot be holy and evil.
You must be one or the other.

Revelations 3:15-16 says:

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

To be cold means that you are in the world doing the things of the world.
That means that you do all the things that goes against the word of God.
You have no idea that what you're doing is wrong.
You don't know who God really is.
You have no form of godliness. 
To be immoral and unlawful is considered 'cold'
To be cold is better than to be lukewarm.

When you're lukewarm you're half and half.
You're somewhere in the middle;
Today you want to serve God but tomorrow you want to go to a party and drink alcohol and act wild.
You love God with all your heart but yet you continuously blaspheme against His name.
The only time you pray is when you want something from God.
God wasn't created for you; You were created FOR HIM!
He will give you what you desire if it is according to His will so you have to trust that He knows best.

When you're 'hot' it doesn't mean you're perfect.
It simply means that you have surrendered your life to God because you know that He will take care of you.
When you're 'hot' you thirst and hunger for the word of God.
You try to live a pleasing life in the sight of God.
Of course you may do wrong, but you must always try to live a life acceptable to God.
He will direct your path when He knows that you're sincere.
He will mold you and make you into a masterpiece.

So are you cold hot or lukewarm?

If you're not 'hot' then get 'hot.'
You have to be one or the other.
You cannot be both of the world and of God.
God is holy. Holiness and sin does not mix.
Make up your mind before its too late.
