And Isaac's servants digged in the valley, and found there a well of springing water. Genesis 26:19
After Isaac left Abimilech his servants found a well springing water but Abimilech claimed the well as his own. Isaac then departed and dug again and found another well. Lastly, Isaac departed and dug another well. Abimilech did not claim that well, which Isaac called Rehoboth because the LORD made room for him. God will make room for you and give to you what is yours.
There will be people who will strive, as Abimilech did, for your inheritance. Never give up and always trust God. You may become discouraged when all your hard work seems to go to nothing, and someone else takes it away but God will always make room for you. If someone takes what is yours go and dig again because once you dig again God will provide for you something bigger and better than you had before.
Don't be discouraged when things that you have are taken away. God has a blessing for you that no one else can have. Isaac's first well was not his blessing, nor was the second one. But after digging a third time, Abimilech no longer strove for his dwelling. God will make room for you.
To find pure spring water a person must dig. Sometimes you would have to dig for a long time, sometimes it's not as long but you have to dig. The purest water is hidden deep within the earth. The water that is on the surface has been contaminated by various things so it's not as pure. But the deeper you dig, the cleaner your water is. To get a new revelation you have to dig deeper. To get a new mindset you have to dig deeper. The water hidden within the earth is pure water. That's the water that Jesus spoke about in John 4:14. Once you drink of the water that He has to give you'll never thirst again. All you have to do is accept the water. Water represents life. If you accept the salvation He has to offer you'll never thirst again. Pure water is hidden and it needs to be revealed. To find it a person must dig for it.
